Back on the set of Degrassi yesterday for a promo... and i gotta say, a tad nerve racking. first day back to set is always for me, especially when you're doing promos ( question answer type things ) i saw lauren and stacy... god i love those girls! and they told me about this play lobel, paula, adamo, and jake ep are in called "dog sees god". it's about all the kids from "charlie brown" all grown up!
so right after work i go downtown toronto with my dad to see the play and it was amazing! so funny and heartfelt, just great, everybody did a wonderful job. after the play we all went out for chow and beer and had a great ol' time...

pretty soon it's just lobel and i and we're laughing and hanging till we decide to go home where we pick up a hot dog (mine veggie, his meat) and enjoyed it while we watched the city bustle about. then we went on the subway and i sat in gum.

overall, that is one fucking good night :) love you guys

My Car actually died last night- well, "over-heated" and looked like it was on fire.

anyway, my bestfuckinfren kara (www.twittwer.com/karalaney) and trishelle (www.twitter.com/kungfucandy we on our way home from BAMBOOZLE( so much fun btw) had to pull over on the i-5 in... NORWALK . we waited for 5 hours to get a ride. it was ridiculous.. the GOOD thing was the pizza hut near by... deffz hit that up dawg. pizza + cinnamon sticks= good times.

anyways, we got home at 12pm... i did some dishes and had some tea. awweeees

- SO today is the perfect california day, so sunny, hot with a cool breeze, and fun little hills to long board down ( not so much going up) on my way to TJ (trader joes, all organic without money magnet) for lemons, vC, tangerines spinach n good shit like that. need to keep it live ya kno? keep it fresh. gotta rest these pipes, cuz it back to work now that im back from that wild road trip.
speaking of the road trip, i'm gonna have some vids kara and i took up on my page later this week. so watch out for it homies.

anyways, gotta rehydrate. all my love to my home fries out there :)

the most amazingg day!

had a really really exciting photoshoot today with photographer Chris Cufaro who is absolutely brilliant and has done pictures for tons and tons and tons of crazy famous rockstars. Not to mention he's actually the coolest guy ever..
the chica who did my make-up is this fab-hot- sexy rocker chick who has her dimples pierced named "Pixie" ( coolest name right) you guys might know her from the show "LA ink" its this shows about tats and such..

anyways, we drove around everywhere today and i basically just made faces at the camera ( my press shots) and got my make-up done and laughed and joked with everyone. it was a sweet fucking ass day dudes.

best part by far though... was my amazing publicist Lisa
and my SUPERCALAFRADGALISTICEXPEEALADCIOUS manager SUE!

Las Vegas - 24th- 26th ( come meet up with us at 'house of blues' on the 26th for 3oh!3s show)

(restock in our hometown) Hollywood- 27th Meet us at the Avalon...

San diego --Stopping for a couple days to surf.. so watch out for us on Mission Bay or meet us at the House of Blues on the 29th :)

San Fran -- April 1st... don't know what we'll do there yet.

Hi Everyone: Update All the songs on my new album have been mixed by an amazing artist "David Leonard" in Nashville and should be mastered here in LA mid March. I still need to shoot a video, finish cassisesteele.com and the CD artwork...but it's worth waiting for. Here are 3 new mixes - Pavement, Rock Star Beau, & Summer Nights.
